Please ensure you’ve updated the latest version of the app. You can check for any updates by going to the app store and searching for "The Dallas Morning News."
When you see the app, tap to open it. If you have an update available it will say "Update" under the app name. If you’re on the latest version it will read “Open” instead.
If you’re app is updated and you’re still having trouble, please log out and log back in to your account. If you continue to have trouble delete the app off your phone and then reinstall it.
If none of that works it might be a technical problem. Please submit a request and describe the problem. Be as specific as possible and include the device you're accessing the app on.
