If you are a digital-only subscriber, you're subscription will autorenew and your credit card will be charged at the next billing date unless you cancel before then. To do that, please call our customer care team at 214-745-8383 and request that your subscription be stopped at the end your current billing term.
If you are a print subscriber and would like to be removed off of EZ Pay, you can do that online or calling our customer care team at 214-745-8383.
To do this online, go to myaccount.dallasnews.com and log in.Then scroll to the "Update Billing" tab and select "Cancel Recurring." If you're already logged in, go to this link.
Note that a $3.00 print bill fee will be charged to your account if you cancel your recurring payments.
